With almost 400 years of brewing expertise under its belt, Sakuramasamune brewery has taken Sakè to a new level with this modern, rosé coloured sweet Sakè. The result of brewing with a mix of deep red Shikoku-mai rice and Ippan-mai rice, Sakura Red Sweet 11 is the ideal alternative to a sweet dessert wine. A low-alcohol Sakè that is rich in citric acid, this modern Sakè has a refreshing taste that is predominantly sweet but with a hint of sour and is easy and smooth on the palate. Best served chilled, it is perfect either as a starter or with dessert.
