Brewed utilising a method first established 200 years ago, this Junmai Ginjo is a Sake rich in both history and flavour. Embodying the concept of ‘staying traditional’, this sake retains all the hand brewed qualities that mass produced bottles of sake lack. Offering a fruity and sweet aroma, this Junmai Ginjo finishes with a crisp and dry texture and is best consumed cold.

It has just the right amount of umami and is best consumed cold.
